About Our Location

Our office is situated in the heart of Norwich, easily accessible from the city centre and surrounding areas. We chose this location for its proximity to excellent plant nurseries, sustainable suppliers, and the diverse range of gardens we serve across the East of England.

The office features a demonstration garden where we trial plant combinations, test sustainable growing methods, and showcase what's possible in a relatively compact urban space. Clients are welcome to visit and see examples of our planting schemes in action.

Finding Us

By Car

We're located just off the A147, approximately 10 minutes from the city centre. Street parking is available on Riverside Gardens and surrounding streets. The nearest car park is Castle Quarter, a 5-minute walk away.

By Public Transport

Norwich Railway Station is a 15-minute walk from our office. Several bus routes stop within two streets of us, including the 25, 26, and 27A. The bus stop at St. Giles is the closest, just a three-minute walk.

By Bicycle

Norwich has an excellent network of cycle paths. We're on the Riverside cycle route, and secure bicycle parking is available directly outside our office.

What to Expect When You Contact Us

We aim to respond to all enquiries within one working day. When you first reach out, we'll want to understand the basics of your project or question so we can direct you to the right team member.

For project enquiries, we typically schedule an initial consultation where we can discuss your needs in detail. This might be at our office, at your site, or via video call depending on your preference and the nature of the project.

We respect your time and keep meetings focused and productive. You'll always leave with a clear understanding of next steps, whether that's receiving a detailed proposal, booking a site visit, or getting answers to specific questions.

Common Questions About Getting Started

Tell us about your garden size, location, and what you're hoping to achieve. If you have specific challenges like poor drainage or heavy shade, mention those. Even a brief description helps us prepare for a more productive conversation.

Initial phone or email discussions are complimentary. For on-site consultations where we provide detailed advice and recommendations, we charge our standard consultation fee of £150. If you proceed with a project, this fee is credited toward the total cost.

During quieter periods, we can often arrange visits within a week. In peak season (typically April to June), it may be 2-3 weeks. We'll always let you know our current availability when you enquire.

Yes, we welcome visits by appointment. Seeing examples of planting combinations, native species, and sustainable garden features can be very helpful when planning your own project. Just let us know when you'd like to visit.

That's perfectly fine and very common. Part of our role is helping you clarify your goals and understand your options. We'll ask questions, make observations, and guide you toward solutions that fit your situation and budget.

Yes, we regularly work throughout the East of England including Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, and Essex. For larger projects, we're willing to travel further. Contact us to discuss your location and project scope.
